Survival Challenge: Hospital Rescue casts you as a trained operative inside a derelict medical facility overrun by aggressive creatures. Your core objective is twofold: eliminate the threat and collect all essential medical supplies. The game separates this into two single-player modes. The story campaign follows a narrative-driven path where difficulty increases as you progress, gradually revealing the hospital's mysteries. Endless survival mode removes the story structure and replaces it with infinite waves of creatures, tracking your performance on global leaderboards.

Combat and Resource Management

Encounters are fast-paced and built around varied creature types, so you cannot rely on a single approach. Ammunition is limited enough that headshots and critical hits matter; spraying shots wastes resources you will need later. The environment functions as a tactical tool—funneling creatures into chokepoints makes elimination more manageable than fighting in open corridors. Medical supplies serve double duty as both mission objectives and health maintenance, so deciding when to grab them versus when to push forward is a constant trade-off.

Controls Across PC and Mobile

On PC, movement uses WASD, looking is handled by the mouse, and Shift runs while C crouches. Aiming is bound to the right mouse button and firing to the left. You switch gear with 1, 2, or Tab, reload with R, and pause with P. Mobile uses an on-screen joystick for movement, with aiming done by moving your scope over enemies and tapping to shoot. Dedicated touch buttons cover running, crouching, jumping, aiming, reloading, and gear selection.

Survival Tactics That Matter

Audio cues are your earliest warning of approaching creatures, so listening carefully often matters more than watching. Conserving ammunition through deliberate headshots keeps you in the fight longer. In endless mode, knowing when to retreat to a safer position is as important as knowing when to engage. Regular practice helps you learn enemy patterns and sharpens the reflexes needed to react to sudden encounters.
